Official Contest Rules

Contest Name: Win Tickets To Knoxville's Largest Kids' Party 2024

​

1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Knoxville's Largest Kids' Party organizers, sponsors, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period:

• The contest will run from 12:00am EST on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, to 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

3. How to Enter:

• Contestants must enter to win by visiting the official contest website at www.knoxlargestkidsparty.com during the contest period.

• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

• The drawing will be conducted within 7 days of the contest ending.

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

​

5. Winner Notification:

• The winner will be notified within 7 days of the contest ending.

• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.

• If the winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize:

• The winner will receive 4 tickets to Knoxville's Largest Kids' Party 2024, valued at $40.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitution.

• Any additional expenses incurred in claiming or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Publicity:

• By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

• Knoxville's Largest Kids' Party organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond their control impair the integrity of the contest.

• By participating, contestants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the contest organizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

9. Release:

• By participating in the contest, contestants release Knoxville's Largest Kids' Party organizers, sponsors, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.

10. Governing Law:

• The contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
