2024 Knoxville's Largest Kids' Party
Non-Profit Vendor Form
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Knoxville's Largest Kids' Party on Saturday, June 1, 2024!
A few things to know: 
  • Non-profit vendor spots are $200.
  • Load-in is Friday, May 31, 2024.
  • Vendors will provide their own 10x10 tent, tables, tablecloths, chairs, etc. 
  • All vehicles much be off site by 9:00 AM, vendors set and ready by 9:30 AM on event day and will remain set-up until the end of the event (5:00 PM).
  • Vendors will provide some type of FREE interactive children's activity at their booth.
  • If selling items, items and goods MUST be approved by KLKP staff.
  • All vendors will adhere to all World's Fair Park and City of Knoxville rules and regulations. 
  • Vendors are required to have appropriate number of personnel needed to run their booth for the duration of the event - KLKP will not provide volunteers for vendor booths. 
  • KLKP will provide 4 vendor badges. Each additional badge will cost $10.
  • Vendors will be REQUIRED to provide COI or comparable certificate to reserve their spot.

If your business is chosen, we will send you payment information and a contract stating you agree to the rules and regulations of Knoxville's Largest Kids' Party, World's Fair Park, and the City of Knoxville. Your spot is not reserved until we receive your contract, payment, and COI (or comparable certificate). We are only allotting 24 vendor spots and they will fill up quickly!
